These practices support your nervous system, build self-awareness, and gently guide you back to balance—whether you're navigating motherhood, healing from stress or trauma, or simply longing for more ease in your everyday life.
Every mum deserves to be held and cared for. In this online pregnancy yoga class, you’ll find a space to support your body, mind, and baby from the comfort of your own home.
Together, we’ll explore gentle yet effective breathing practices, safe movements to maintain strength, and deep connections with the pelvic floor and the womb.
Each session ends with a soothing relaxation, affirmations or visualisation, helping you through pregnancy, preparing for birth and navigating postpartum with greater ease and connection.
There’s an opportunity to join a WhatsApp group for this to extend the community and give space to share experiences and support.

Lineage & Inspiration
My yoga practice and teaching have been deeply shaped by the guidance of Swami Shantimurti Saraswati (1951–2017), a senior teacher in the Satyananda tradition and founder of Ashram Yoga in 1980. His teachings continue to ripple through my work—and through the lineage of Tul’ix Therapy as well, as he was also the teacher of my Tul’ix mentor, Samar.
Swami Shantimurti’s presence is still felt at Ohui, where we honour him in our opening prayers and the sacred spaces we create for healing. His simple yet powerful words continue to guide me, both on and off the mat:
“Keep it simple. Be real. Make it beautiful.”
